Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need therapy?
When there is a desire to improve and grow. Psychotherapy is welcome when you want to truly get to know the real person who lives inside, your true Self; when you want to unlock your potential and dissolve blocks and traumas, develop an essential dimension of life, resolve conflicts, calm the mind, make important decisions, regain quality of life, change self-destructive or destructive behaviors, open new quality relationships and/or efficiently achieve meaningful and real life projects.
What is the cost of the sessions and how often do I need to have therapy?
Frequency is assessed and built together in the first session according to your need, evaluation, and life moment. It can be biweekly or weekly. The cost and payment method for sessions is explained in the first session. The first anamnesis session is free to allow for evaluation and decision by both the client and the therapist with freedom and clarity before committing to the service.
What is your approach?
I work with the Jungian Analytical approach as the central axis and use symbolic, bodily, relational, somatic, analytical, and interpretive strategies within the Jungian, Psychosomatic, Psychomotricity, and Psychodynamic lines.
Is it online or in-person?
Only in individual and online format.
What age group do you serve?
I currently work with a wide age range of clients, youth and adults from 15 to 95 years old. With over 20 years of clinical practice, I serve all genders with respect.
